Due to expansion and new vertical market acquisitions, they seek a Production Manager with a strong FMCG background, preferably in poultry.

Role Overview: As Senior Production Manager, you will oversee multi-functional teams to efficiently process poultry products in a state-of-the-art, fully automated facility, ensuring quality standards and internal customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Production Management role within a fully automated poultry or food environment.
• Knowledge of ISO
  9000 quality standards.
• Third-level educational qualification.
• Strong people management, interpersonal, and English communication skills (written and verbal).
