Operator II, Butanol

A leading petrochemical company is seeking a qualified Operator II, Butanol to join its operations in KSA. This role involves operating and maintaining processes in the Butanol production unit while ensuring safety and efficiency.

• Operate and monitor plant processes to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Perform troubleshooting and execute operating procedures systematically.
• Conduct start-up, turnaround, and shutdown activities while adhering to schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, Permit to Work (PTW) guidelines, and housekeeping standards.
• Report abnormalities and problems promptly and assist with minor maintenance activities.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent and safe plant operations.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve operational objectives and provide first-line supervision for junior staff.

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of operational experience in petrochemical or chemical industries.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in at least one plant process.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and adherence to safety and operating protocols.
  • English language and PC literacy.
  • Concern for safety and housekeeping.

• Operators: Basic Salary: SR 4,000 SR 7,000.
