Main Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
- Record and maintain accurate inventory levels in the system.
- Arrange and store materials in designated storage locations.
- Issue items based on approved requests and update stock records accordingly.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage to maintain material quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and end users regarding material availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Follow safety and security guidelines for materials and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred).
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, ERP knowledge is an added advantage).
- SAP & FMCG Experience is a plus.
