Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment (e.g., granulators, blenders, tablet presses, capsule fillers, vial washing, filling lines).
- Perform batch manufacturing processes according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/BPR).
- Measure, weigh, and dispense raw materials accurately.
- Assist in setup, changeover, and cleaning of machines.
- Complete all batch-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow GMP, GDP, safety, and regulatory guidelines. Report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues immediately.
- Follow safety protocols, including gowning procedures and handling of hazardous materials.
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and manufacturing areas.
- Prepare equipment for validation and qualification activities when required.
- 2–3 years of experience in Oncology pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
