One of our subsidiary of Abunayyan Holding is leading Saudi-based manufacturer specializing in low and medium voltage switch gear and control panel production

The Wiring Supervisor will oversee a team responsible for the wiring, assembly, and testing of electrical control and switch gear panels. This position ensures that all production activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with engineering drawings, timelines, and quality standards.

You will play a key leadership role in coordinating daily production operations, solving technical issues, and mentoring technicians to achieve consistent output and continuous improvement.

• Lead and supervise wiring technicians in the assembly, installation, and testing of switch gear panels.
• Plan and schedule production tasks and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Diagnose and resolve wiring and electrical issues in coordination with engineering.
• Ensure modification and red-line drawings are properly updated for as-built documentation.
• Maintain complete project documentation for quality and regulatory purposes.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and a clean working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality and reduce production costs.

• Diploma in Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in switch gear wiring supervision

• In-depth understanding of control panel design, switch gear assembly, and testing procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing production teams.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and able to interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics.
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
