To strengthen our MEA team in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a full‑time:

• Provide applications support and QSC Training content to the MEA market.
• Ensure the highest level of customer experience whilst identifying solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including programming, commissioning and network configuration.
• Track and monitor system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. product managers).
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers whilst ensuring all issues are logged and accordingly.
• Manage the follow up procedure to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
• Maintain and build an excellent relationship with customers and end users.
• In conjunction with the product development teams participate in market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
• Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance.

• Education to degree level or qualification in industry relevant field such as sound engineering.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, installation Engineer, Commissioning Technician or similar role.
• Strong experience in supporting audio visual or IT infrastructure services is key.
• Commercially astute with the ability to understand a complex sales process.
• Proven expertise managing complex systems within a corporate AV/IT environment.
• Supported products and services NOT exclusively based on hardware.
• Supported products and services to Tier 1 integrators and end users.
• Capable of working with Visio and Autocad, as well as EASE Focus/Address.
• Well organised to manage conflicting priorities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills individually and as part of a team.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Confident and engaging presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills – with the ability to translate technical information for all types of audiences.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written).
• Fluent Arabic language skills (both verbal and written) would be an additional benefit.
