Key Points

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician with experience in plastic manufacturing machinery, specifically injection molding and blow molding machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing electrical issue.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair on injection and blowing machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on PLC-controlled systems, motors, drives, and sensors.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to the factory’s maintenance schedule.
• Support production teams by ensuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Assist in the calibration, wiring, and setup of new machines or production lines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to improve machine performance.
• Participate in machine upgrades and improvement projects as required.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical or Industrial Maintenance.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in plastic manufacturing (injection & blow molding machines).
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, inverters, sensors, heaters, and temperature controllers.
• Familiar with brands such as Tongda, Jwell, Haitian, Nissei, Kautex, or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and machine diagrams.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
• Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure during production hours.
• Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends if required.

• Hands-on experience with automation systems and robotic arms for injection machines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
