Responsibilities:
- Oversee utilities systems (HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, water/effluent etc.) across multiple sites.
- Implement preventive & predictive maintenance across all plants in line with the KSA Maintenance Master Plan.
- Standardize and rationalize AMCs and spares management across all sites.
- Drive energy efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, food safety, and safety standards.
- Lead, train, and develop site utilities teams.
- Provide technical support for new projects, expansions, and CAPEX investments.
- Monitor KPIs (Availability, Downtime, energy use/efficiency, MTBF/MTTR etc.) and report to Engineering and Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in utilities maintenance, 3+ years in leadership (multi-site preferred).
- Strong technical expertise in industrial HVAC & refrigeration (ammonia/Freon).
- Background in food or bakery manufacturing highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CMMS, TPM, and lean maintenance practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
