Your Role – International, Challenging And Future‑Oriented!
  • Demonstrate complete Electrical Networks in Power Distribution, particularly in MV 11 kV to 33 kV networks, in addition to LV and Busduct.
  • Possess in‑depth knowledge of datacenters’ electrical network requirements.
  • Show accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives for the Data Center business.
  • Have extensive knowledge of proposing fit digitalisation solutions based on customer needs.
  • Follow defined business processes that meet business needs across the organisation.
  • Be a self‑driven individual with a clear goal of achieving aggressive growth targets in all markets.
  • Build and enhance customer relationships that enable repetitive business.
  • Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and contribute to their execution.
  • Establish close collaboration with stakeholders such as Tendering, Business Administration, and Execution teams within the Business Unit to enable flawless performance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction evaluations, plans, and follow‑through.
  • Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in a specific market.
  • Drive core sales strategy and growth initiatives within the region.
  • Evolve various business models—JV’s, Silent Consortium, Open Consortium options—depending on customer requirements.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
  • Expected degree qualification and/or major.
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in low/medium/high‑voltage switchgears, Busducts, Control & Protection Relays, sub‑station automation, and communication equipment. Any required certification.
  • Exposure to the Middle East market, especially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
