Production Specialist

Position Overview / Purpose of the Role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting the production team through effective technical supervision, coordination, and execution of activities across all build zones. This role ensures that installations and fabrications are completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with project standards and specifications. The position plays a key role in overseeing vendors, maintaining technical quality, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring daily progress in alignment with project timelines.

• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate on-site execution as per specifications.

• Supervise vendors and subcontractors during installation and fabrication activities.

• Oversee the technical quality of works across various disciplines, including carpentry, metal, electrical, lighting, AV, and décor.

• Manage and coordinate daily site logistics, including manpower allocation and workflow scheduling.

• Ensure smooth coordination between production teams, vendors, and support staff to maintain project timelines.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify technical issues, discrepancies, or deviations from drawings.

• Propose immediate corrective actions and practical on-site solutions.

• Assist with snagging procedures and overall quality control to ensure final deliverables meet project standards.

• Provide daily updates on site progress, including written reports and photo documentation.

• Communicate any delays, challenges, or resource requirements to the production and project teams.
