Overview
Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling all production activities in the woodwork factory to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality output, and on‑time delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and schedule production based on project timelines.
- Manage all workshop departments (cutting, CNC, assembly, finishing, packing).
- Monitor daily operations and solve production bottlenecks.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the Technical Office, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Control material usage and optimize productivity.
- Supervise production teams and evaluate performance.
- 8+ years experience in joinery/woodwork production, including management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, and materials.
- Ability to lead teams and manage production schedules.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
