Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality reviews of data, documentation, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries, records, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality review findings and corrective actions taken.
• Monitor and track quality metrics and performance indicators to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to quality management and compliance.

• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Proficiency in using software tools and systems for data analysis and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree.
