Lead Quality Control Engineer

Our client, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), is seeking to hire a qualified Lead Quality Control Engineer for their project , Serve as the highest technical authority in QC for power projects “power generation,

substation and transmission line “projects within projects departments. Drive quality

initiatives, ensure harmonization of QC practices across projects, and represent the

projects department in client audits, and technical forums.

• Define inspection protocols for construction activities.
• supervise final acceptance inspections and client walkthroughs.
• Mentor QC staff in advanced inspection techniques.
• Validate contractor compliance with complex design interfaces and interconnection points.

• Approve inspection strategies for critical equipment (e.g., transformers, breakers,SCADA systems).
• Review manufacturer documentation and international compliance certifications.
• Guide warehouse and logistics teams on QC handling protocols.

• Approve QC procedures, ITPs, and inspection templates.
• Lead documentation strategy for audits and handovers submissions.
• Ensure consistency and traceability across all QC records.

• Oversee QC alignment across projects, contractors, and client teams.
• Resolve high-impact nonconformities and lead cross-functional corrective action teams.
• Represent QC in client meetings and technical committees.
• Ensure QC alignment with Projects Technical Specifications and ISO 9001 requirements.

• Design and lead QC training programs and certification pathways.
• Mentor quality control staff across all projects within department.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in QC practices.
