We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and proper execution of all electrical works on site. With at least 5 years of relevant experience, you will play a key role in implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, supervising testing and commissioning activities, and ensuring adherence to project specifications, international standards, and safety requirements.

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures for electrical works in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
• Conduct inspections (material, installation, pre-commissioning, testing) and ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and ITPs.
• Review and approve electrical materials, equipment, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented where necessary.

• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including ITPs, checklists, NCRs, MIRs, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding QA/QC requirements and inspection approvals.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to the project management team regarding quality performance and site progress.

• Supervise and verify testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems.
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with relevant codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Identify quality-related risks and proactively implement mitigation measures.

• Assist the site team in resolving technical issues related to quality and compliance.
• Ensure effective coordination between electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines in relation to QA/QC requirements.
• Support pre-handover, handover, and close-out processes by ensuring all quality documentation is complete and accurate.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Electrical Engineer in large-scale construction projects.

  Proficiency in AutoCAD;
  Revit knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with QA/QC documentation software/tools is an advantage.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, NFPA, IEEE), codes, testing procedures, and electrical systems.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and quality-focused approach with an eye for detail.
