Quality Officer – Field-Based Role (Part-time)

As a Quality Officer you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our service quality standards. You’ll conduct field-based observations of social workers, review completed surveys, and provide constructive feedback to ensure that our work meets company expectations and contributes to continuous improvement.

• Conduct field observations of social workers using established criteria and scoring methods.
• Record key strengths and areas for improvement in observation reports.
• Recommend development needs and support learning initiatives.
• Perform desk‑based quality checks on completed surveys.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of quality tools and resources.
• Support the Quality Team Leader in any related quality assurance activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Previous exposure to quality assurance or compliance work (internship or entry-level experience preferred).
• Strong observation, analytical, and data accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and in field-based environments.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and ethical service delivery.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car with valid insurance are required.
• For female candidates who do not drive, a dedicated driver (not a family member) with valid documentation is acceptable.
