Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in functional testing, test automation, database validation, and API testing to ensure end‑to‑end product quality. The ideal candidate is skilled in manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications, capable of building reliable test coverage across the stack, and able to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver stable releases in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional and regression testing for web and mobile applications to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct database testing and data validation to verify accuracy, integrity, and business rules.
• Execute API testing using Postman to validate integrations, workflows, and service reliability.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites using Selenium, Appium, and Webdriver
  
  IO, with strong focus on scalable and maintainable automation.
• Manage testing activities across the SDLC/STLC, including planning, execution, and release support.
• Track and manage defects and testing progress using JIRA, ensuring clear reporting and follow‑up.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain clear and up‑to‑date test documentation and ensure effective communication with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing / quality assurance.
• Strong experience in functional and manual testing with solid defect analysis and reporting practices.
• Strong knowledge of test automation using Selenium, Appium, and Webdriver

• Solid understanding of API testing concepts and hands‑on experience with Postman.
• Strong knowledge of database testing and data validation concepts.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
