The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of quality assurance processes and a keen attention to detail, striving to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across all project teams.
Responsibilities- Supporting Quality Management Unit Head
- Responsible for defining quality standards, policies and guidelines ensuring quality objectives are met
- Responsible for evaluation of metric and performance reporting - organize and analyze data and identify trends to offer solutions
- Supporting and coordinating day-to-day compliance activities and projects
- Perform or oversee routine audits of compliance processes to assure accuracy and thoroughness of completion
- Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Business administration or Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years experience in quality compliance management across multiple sectors
