We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Developer to lead and deliver real estate development projects in Riyadh. This role encompasses the full project lifecycle from opportunity identification and feasibility analysis through planning, execution, and handover. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Saudi Arabian market and the ability to manage complex projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Identify, evaluate, and assess development opportunities through comprehensive feasibility studies and market analysis.
• Lead projects from concept to completion, including planning, design coordination, permitting, construction oversight, and handover.
• Create and maintain detailed development plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal teams.
• Hire, manage, and oversee contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
• Resolve issues promptly and proactively during the construction and development process.

• Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, zoning requirements, and development standards.
• Obtain all necessary permits, approvals, and certifications.
• Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and milestone updates to senior management.
• Continually evaluate and improve project strategies, processes, and outcomes.

• Support marketing, sales, or leasing activities for completed projects as required.
• Contribute to investment analysis and financial decision-making for new opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in real estate development, project development, or construction management.
• Prior work experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory, with strong knowledge of local processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent project management, coordination, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and investment analysis.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of the Riyadh real estate market and key stakeholders.
• Experience with residential, commercial, mixed-use, or mega-development projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders simultaneously.
• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Real Estate Development.
