We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Valuation Department in Riyadh. This role provides an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals looking to build a career in real estate valuation and advisory services.

• Assist senior team members in conducting property valuations for various asset classes
• Collect and analyze market data, comparable sales, and rental information
• Prepare valuation reports and supporting documentation
• Contribute to research projects on real estate market trends in Saudi Arabia
• Maintain valuation databases and assist with quality control processes
• Support client communication and relationship management

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in real estate, valuation, or financial analysis (fresh graduates considered)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian real estate markets (preferred)
• Ability to work with valuation models and methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  Arabic language skills highly desired
