We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented COMMIS CHEF to join the culinary brigade of a high-volume, upscale restaurant and lounge in Riyadh. This is a fantastic opportunity for junior chefs to gain international experience and grow within a globally recognized hospitality brand.

You should have:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in upscale restaurants, lounges, or luxury hotels
• Strong foundation in food preparation and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Relevant culinary qualifications
• Fluent English communication skills
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Clear medical and criminal record
• Valid passport

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Participate in stock rotation and inventory control
• Follow kitchen protocols and contribute to team efficiency
• Stay updated with basic culinary techniques and trends
