Summary

As a Chef De Partie in our hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high‑quality dishes, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes provided.
• Supervise and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff in your section.
• Ensure that food preparation and presentation meets the restaurant's standards.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist in menu planning and development.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create a positive working environment.

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role.
• In‑depth knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
• Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.
