A globally respected Italian restaurant group is preparing for the opening of a highly refined fine dining venue in Riyadh. The operation follows a very traditional, service-led philosophy built on discretion, elegance, and quiet professionalism. This role suits experienced waiters who excel in classic European service styles and thrive in structured, high-expectation environments.

• Deliver formal fine dining service aligned with traditional European standards.
• Execute silver service with precision, confidence, and consistency.
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and understated service presence.
• Present menus and manage table service with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the floor and supervisory teams.
• Uphold strict grooming, uniform, and presentation standards at all times.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in comparable fine dining restaurants.

• Mandatory silver service experience.
• Minimum height requirement: 1.7 m.
• Exceptionally well groomed with a polished professional appearance.
• No visible tattoos, piercings, or facial hair (beards) permitted.
• Strong understanding of traditional, service-orientated hospitality standards.
• Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage.
• Open to all nationalities and genders.
• Available to join in late February 2026.
• Willing to commit to an initial 12-month contract.

• Salary: SAR 5,000 per month.

• Tips paid on top of basic salary.
