Join an established Global Italian Restaurant Group as a Pastry Chef de Partie in Riyadh, supporting a refined Italian restaurant rooted in classical technique and premium ingredients. This role suits a hands‑on pastry professional who values precision, consistency, and teamwork within a high‑standard kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and execute Italian pastry and dessert items to brand and quality standards
- Manage mise‑en‑place and section organisation for daily service
- Support senior pastry chefs during service and production
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance
- Assist with stock control, storage, and waste minimisation
- Contribute to consistency, presentation, and timely service
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in fine dining or premium hospitality
- Solid grounding in Italian pastry and dessert techniques
- Strong attention to detail and plating standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a structured kitchen brigade
- Team‑oriented, reliable, and professionally presented
- SAR 6,000 per month (tax‑free)
