We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our high-end retail store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the boutique's operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales performance.

• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store targets
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee visual merchandising to maintain an attractive and on-brand store appearance
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
• Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing initiatives and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and communicate effectively with customers
• Organize and conduct regular team meetings and training sessions

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or luxury goods sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences
• Proficiency in visual merchandising and creating compelling product displays
• Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting, inventory management, and performance tracking
• Experience with retail management software and point-of-sale systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and the luxury retail market
• Understanding of the Saudi Arabian retail landscape and consumer preferences
• Fluency in English required;
  Arabic language skills highly preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
