Sales Specialist; Beauty

The Sales Specialist should have a strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and techniques, and be able to recommend and demonstrate products to customers. Sales Specialist should also have a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right beauty products for their needs
• Demonstrate and recommend products to customers, explaining their benefits and application techniques
• Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Achieve personal and store sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay updated on new products

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry
• Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English and Arabic
