Merchandiser - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Overview:

We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in various retail locations. Our ideal candidate is someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel to different retail locations in Riyadh to set up displays and merchandise products according to company guidelines.
- Ensure that all products are properly priced, labeled, and stocked on shelves.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure product placement and availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team about any restocking needs.
- Conduct regular store visits to check on product placement, displays, and overall brand representation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in retail sales is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
- Ability to travel within Riyadh frequently.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

Benefits:
