Seddiqi Holding is a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, representing some of the world’s most prestigious watch and jewellery brands. With a strong legacy in the luxury industry, we are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience, combining heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity. As we expand into Riyadh with our newest boutique, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to play a key role in driving boutique success.

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading and managing all aspects of boutique operations to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Ensure an elevated client experience by fostering a client-first culture and developing strong relationships with VIP and loyal customers.
  • Drive boutique performance by motivating the team, monitoring KPIs, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes and uphold brand standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product craftsmanship, market trends, and industry developments.
Key Requirements
  • A dynamic leader with a passion for luxury retail and client relationship management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, lead a team, and enhance the client experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for team motivation and client engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
