• Maximize on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser.
• Conduct in‑store sampling sessions and in‑store sampling and/or promotions, as required.
• Adhere to planograms for both on and off‑shelf displays.
• Report any non‑compliance to the pre‑seller immediately.
• Supply the pre‑seller with the latest market information to take advantage of selling opportunities.
• Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan.
• Merchandize SSFL products within OT stores at various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
• Place POS material where applicable next to SSFL displays.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
• Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub‑standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customer / outlet.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
• Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
• Execution standard, LTA enforcement, journey plan adherence key performance measures.

• Valid driving license.
• Service‑level oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
