About the job Retail & Ecommerce Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Retail & Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels. This role is responsible for managing marketplace accounts (such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online), brand website performance, and digital commercial strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Manage relationships with online marketplaces and e-retailers (Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Carrefour Online, etc.)
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital shelf visibility
  • Monitor stock levels, demand, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
  • Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior to optimize results
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, bundles, and online exclusive offers
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital content, SEO, ads, and brand campaigns
  • Negotiate commercial terms, marketing spend, and visibility agreements with marketplaces
  • Ensure high-quality product pages images, descriptions, keywords, ratings, and reviews
  • Generate sales forecasts, reports, and insights for management
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and digital retail technology

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
  • 4
    -7 years of experience in e-commerce sales or online marketplace management
  • Previous experience with FMCG, retail, distribution, fashion, or consumer products is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partners Hub, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms
  • Analytical mindset with solid knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and digital tools (Google Analytics, CRM, Excel)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and cross-functional tasks
