What you’ll be doing :- Using data to optimise sales volume and profitability across product areas.
- Planning budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy.
- Managing stock levels.
- Reviewing sales forecasts and making proactive recommendations.
- Spotting best and worst sellers, acting fast to maximise performance.
- Supporting promotions, rebuys, and trading decisions.
- Proven experience in a similar Merchandising role.
- Solid understanding of trading frameworks.
- Advanced Excel skills and a sharp numerical mindset.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
