Job Overview

Fashion Consultant – Carolina Herrera – Riyadh – Chalhoub Group.

• Drive business and achieve sales targets.
• Represent brand values in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team and maintain positive work environment.
• Understand customer purchasing patterns and build strong relationships.
• Promote Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment.
• Stay updated on latest fashion trends, social media campaigns, products and competitors, and promote them to customers.
• Participate in brand events inside or outside the store.
• Deliver exceptional service across physical and digital touchpoints, building rapport and sharing product knowledge.
• Use impactful storytelling to maximize customer experience through education and entertainment.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs and exceed expectations.
• Use clienteling techniques and tools to build one‑on‑one relationships and drive loyalty.
• Prepare and process e‑commerce orders’ fulfillment from the store within set SLAs.
• Maintain operating standards: stock replenishment and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
• Leverage technology tools (clienteling app, CRM, OMS, etc.) to support customer experience.

• Minimum 2–3 years in fashion retail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong styling & product knowledge.
• Technical & operational skills.
