ResponsibilitiesJob Purpose: The Merchandising Team Leader is responsible for comparing sales data for the products they handle and making recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low. This may involve modifying displays, moving to different locations within the store and managing the Merchandisers team performance.
Principal Accountabilities- Monitors call on specific OT outlets as per the daily journey plan provided by the supervisor.
- Merchandizes SSFL products within OT stores at various access points: shelf, stand, floor display.
- Manages Place POS material where applicable next to SSFL displays.
- Ensures all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
- Rotates product using FIFO method and removes sub‑standard products.
- Maintains clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
- Monitors and reports competitive activities.
- Reports any deviations from agreed terms with the assigned OT customer/outlet.
- Participates in sampling/redeem campaigns when required.
- Maintains appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with Frito‑Lay code of conduct.
