Sales Showroom Coordinator
The Sales Showroom Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the smooth operation of the assigned showroom, ensuring a welcoming environment conducive to sales activities. This role maintains the cleanliness and organization of display vehicles, literature, and promotional materials; assists sales personnel with customer inquiries, test drive scheduling, vehicle delivery coordination; and delivers exceptional customer service to enhance the overall showroom experience to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities1. Showroom Display & Merchandising
- Execute showroom layouts that showcase vehicles and encourage customer engagement.
- Utilize visual merchandising principles to highlight new model features and promotions.
- Administer rotation of vehicles to keep the latest models prominently displayed.
- Adjust showroom themes and layouts for seasonal or promotional events.
- Incorporate digital displays and interactive touchpoints providing multimedia info.
- Enhance vehicle displays through strategic lighting.
- Design focal points around key models or features to draw attention.
- Ensure presentation aligns with Nissan’s brand image and marketing campaigns.
- Employ clear and informative signage throughout the showroom.
- Arrange displays to facilitate a logical flow enhancing customer experience.
- Use customer feedback to adjust layouts.
- Update displays frequently to maintain interest and reflect latest inventory.
- Guarantee showroom accessibility for all customers, including those with disabilities.
- Track vehicles on the showroom floor and manage inventory availability.
- Operate inventory management software to update vehicle status and readiness.
- Collaborate with sales teams and storage facilities to align inventory with strategies and demand.
- Synchronize showroom inventory with online listings for consistency.
- Set up automated alerts for low or high-demand models.
- Stay informed about Nissan models, specifications, and upgrades.
- Perform technical demonstrations of vehicle features, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Provide training for showroom staff on technical aspects of vehicles.
- Keep training materials current with latest tech, features, and trends.
- Adhere to all legal and corporate standards regarding showroom operations.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols for the showroom floor.
- Regularly audit showroom practices to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.

ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom management, or a related field; experience in visual merchandising or showroom display management.
