Job Title: Loss Prevention Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 3 to 6 months (ext.)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventing and investigating losses, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers, employees, and assets.

• Identify and prevent losses due to theft, shoplifting
  , and other forms of shrinkage
  .
• Conduct thorough investigations of suspected losses
  , gathering evidence and collaborating with law enforcement as needed.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security measures to detect and prevent losses.
• Apprehend and detain individuals suspected of shoplifting or other forms of theft, following company policies and procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports of incidents, investigations, and losses
  , maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Work closely with store management, security teams
  , and law enforcement agencies to prevent and investigate losses.
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in criminal justice or related field preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in loss prevention, security, or law enforcement preferred.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations related to loss prevention.
