The CEVP & Physical Security Monitoring (PSM) Analyst provides on-site security vetting and physical security monitoring support for U.S. Government operations. This role is responsible for reviewing personnel vetting data, monitoring physical security and access-control activities, coordinating with Government security teams, and preparing required security and compliance reports in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
This is a single-position role requiring a high level of discretion, analytical capability, and strict adherence to security protocols.
Key ResponsibilitiesCEVP (Continuous Evaluation Vetting Cell) Responsibilities
- Review and assess personnel vetting, screening, and background investigation data.
- Monitor continuous evaluation systems to identify alerts, anomalies, or potential risk indicators.
- Analyze vetting results and elevate security concerns to designated Government security authorities.
- Maintain accurate and secure vetting records in accordance with Government data-handling procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc vetting status reports.
- Support audits, inspections, and reviews related to personnel vetting activities.
Physical Security Monitoring (PSM) Responsibilities
- Monitor physical security systems, including access control systems, alarms, and security alerts (as applicable).
- Track, document, and report access-control events and security incidents.
- Coordinate closely with base security forces and Government representatives regarding security-related events.
- Prepare daily security logs, incident reports, and summary reports.
- Support physical security inspections and assessments as directed.
- Ensure strict compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and information security requirements.
- Adhere to all base access, security, and reporting protocols.
- Maintain professional and effective working relationships with Government personnel and security teams.
- Perform all duties in compliance with Saudi labor laws and U.S. Government requirements.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in security, intelligence, risk management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of combined experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Personnel vetting, background screening, or continuous evaluation activities
- Physical security monitoring, security operations, or access-control environments
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Government, military, or embassy operations.
- Familiarity with access-control systems or physical security monitoring platforms.
- Experience working in the Middle East or similar operational environments.
- On-site presence required at a U.S. military facility.
- Standard duty hours aligned with Government operational schedules.
- Subject to base access approval, security vetting, and Saudi labor compliance requirements.
