AboutYour Role
As an Associate Product Engineer, you will participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of our software applications and infrastructure. You will work alongside senior engineers, gaining mentorship from day one and engaging in real‑world projects.
Your responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts, and product experts to create innovative technical solutions that enhance how millions of users shop, pay, and bank. You will dive into complex problems, contribute to system design improvements, and learn to approach challenges with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Ensure code quality by writing unit and integration tests, and conducting code reviews.
- Enhance system performance and reliability through continuous monitoring and optimization.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Gain hands‑on experience by working on impactful real‑world projects from day one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior completion of co‑op and/or internship.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Golang, Python, or C++.
- Fundamental understanding of databases and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and work independently.
- Effective influencing and persuasion skills, using logical and data‑driven business cases.
- Ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver meaningful solutions.
- Self‑starter with a bias for action, thriving in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments.
