Join the Mozn team as an Engineering Manager for our Agentic AI squad. Mozn is a rapidly growing AI technology partner headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting government and corporate organizations across the GCC.

Lead a brand-new Agentic AI squad of engineers and data scientists building core capabilities for our AI‑powered products.

• Hire, mentor, and manage a high‑performance team of product engineers in the Anti‑Money Laundering / Anti‑Fraud space.
• Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of our SaaS product with Agentic AI at the center.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set engineering objectives that align with business goals.
• Help steer functional and technical roadmaps with a focus on end users.
• Drive scalable architecture and design solutions ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Establish best practices for coding, security, testing, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated on domain trends and promote adoption across the stack to drive innovation.
• Develop and implement policies and standards that empower the team to high performance.

• BS/MS from a top school in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, 5+ years managing teams (prefer B2B SaaS).
• Proven track record scaling cross‑functional engineering teams rapidly.
• Data‑driven decision‑making culture experience.
• Experience collaborating with independent engineering units.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Expertise architecting and managing large‑scale, complex distributed systems.
• Previous AML, Fraud, or Banking experience (nice to have).
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, multi‑agent architectures, or conversational AI pipelines (nice to have).
