We are looking for a Software Architect Engineer to join our organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our customer screening modules. You will work closely with various teams to coordinate and execute onboarding activities, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful adoption of our products. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of complex, high-impact software systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s technical strategy and business goals.
• Architecture & Design: Architect and design robust, scalable, and efficient microservices-based systems, leveraging your deep knowledge of Python, Go, or Java.
• Database Expertise: Utilize your strong SQL and database management skills to design, optimize, and maintain relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor engineers, fostering their technical growth and career development. Provide regular feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Code Quality: Drive best practices in coding, design, and architecture across the engineering team. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, other tech leads and senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the development process.
• Project Management: Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Experience: 6-10 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend technologies.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages:
  Python, Go, or Java.
• Extensive experience with SQL and database design, including optimization and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding and experience in designing, developing, and deploying microservices architecture.
• Deep familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (any of AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices is a plus.
