Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing high‑level structures for our software systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements. As a Systems Architect, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers and project managers, to create scalable and robust solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

• Develop comprehensive and scalable system architecture designs that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and constraints and translate them into effective solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring implementation of best practices and adherence to architectural standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into the architecture design process.

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified understanding of system architecture and its impact on project goals.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of architectural decisions.

• Identify potential risks and challenges in proposed architectures and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and scalability.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system architectures, design decisions, and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain architectural diagrams and models that facilitate a clear understanding of system structures.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Architect or similar role in software development.
• Strong proficiency in system design and architecture principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and reliable software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience with cloud‑based architectures and services is a plus.
