Cigna International Health has recently launched a new branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to bolster the expansion of our health businesses across the globe.

We are seeking skilled Software Engineers to join our dynamic team supporting a rapidly growing business.

• Develop, test, and deploy new applications using Microsoft .Net Core and C#.
• Maintain and enhance existing business solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with SQL Server databases and write efficient Transact-SQL queries.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Service Now, or their equivalents for project tracking and issue management.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.

• Proven experience (4+ Years) in software development using Microsoft .Net Core and C#.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server database management and Transact-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with project tracking and issue management tools like Jira, Service Now, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI / CD practices and tools is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Acumen :
  Knowledge of software development methodologies, source code management strategies, design patterns, Dev Sec Ops , automation, and best practices. Ability to translate non-functional requirements such as availability, flexibility, stability, ease of maintenance and security.
• Technologies covered :
  Experience of implementing software using Enterprise .NET technologies (.NET 5+), web based and desktop clients, application servers, relational and non-relational databases, testing strategies. Experience in building restful microservices is also required.
• Education :
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Global and regulatory landscapes :
  Experience of working practices across multiple geographies and with regional nuances such as tax rules, regulatory interfaces, multi-currency, multi-language etc is an advantage.
