Software Technical Lead - Fintech (BNPL) - Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design and development of scalable fintech solutions for a BNPL startup in Saudi Arabia
. The role is hands‑on and focuses on technical leadership, architecture, and delivery while ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations and fintech security standards.

• Lead technical design and architecture for scalable, secure fintech systems.
• Provide hands‑on leadership through coding, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Drive best practices in .NET Core, Angular, microservices, cloud, and Dev Ops.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Support Agile delivery and resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA and industry standards.

• 5+ years of software development experience, with 1–2 years in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role.
• Candidates must be located in Saudi Arabia.
• Mandatory experience with Fintech BNPL companies.
• Strong understanding of SAMA regulations.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and Angular.
• Experience with microservices, REST/Graph
  
  QL APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience with SQL, No

• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
