System Development Lead Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Out Systems Development Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications using the Out Systems low-code platform
. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, proven leadership in managing development teams, and extensive hands-on experience with Out Systems
, integrations
, and Dev Ops practices
.

• Lead the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications using the Out Systems platform
  .
• Define and enforce best practices
  , coding standards
  , and design patterns for scalable Out Systems solutions.
• Oversee the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with business analysts
  , architects
  , and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with various enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, WSO2, Open Text).
• Utilize Out Systems Service Studio
  , Integration Studio
  , and Lifetime for architecture, development, and deployment management.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure Dev Ops
  , Jenkins
  , or Git Lab
  .
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality assurance and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and delivery process.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development
  , including at least 4 years of hands-on experience developing applications using the Out Systems platform
  .
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing project life cycles (SDLC) using Out Systems.
• Participation in large-scale projects involving integration of Out Systems with other enterprise systems such as ERP
  , CRM
  , WSO2
  , and Open Text
  .

• Proficiency in developing advanced web and mobile applications using Out Systems
  .
• Strong experience in architectural design for Out Systems solutions, including Service Studio
  , Integration Studio
  , and Lifetime
  .
• Expertise in designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  , and connecting applications to various databases
  .
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET
  , SQL
  , Java Script ,
  HTML
  , and CSS
  .
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and deployments using tools such as Azure Dev Ops
  , Jenkins
  , or Git Lab
  .

• Out Systems Professional or Out Systems Expert (Tech Lead) certification is preferred.
• Agile/Scrum or PMP certifications are considered a strong plus.
