We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team at our Riyadh headquarters. This role plays a critical part in building, integrating, and supporting Salesforce across business‑critical systems. It is ideal for someone with strong hands‑on Salesforce development expertise, deep experience with integrations, and a solid understanding of how Salesforce supports high‑growth SaaS organizations.
You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role also involves supporting complex integrations, ensuring system stability, maintaining data accuracy, and enabling scalability across the organization. This is a high‑impact position that works closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure Salesforce reliably supports day‑to‑day operations and growth.

What You Will Do ❓- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Flows.
- Build and maintain Apex Classes, Batch Jobs, Triggers, and Test Classes with high code quality and coverage.
- Develop and enhance user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the Lightning framework.
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and platform events.
- Handle asynchronous processing using Batch Apex, Queueable, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Customize and support Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data sync issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and ongoing Salesforce optimizations.
- 4–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Mandatory experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Batch Jobs, Apex Classes, and Test Classes.
- Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands‑on experience with Lightning Flows and Salesforce automation.
- Proven experience with Service Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer, Service Cloud, or CPQ).
- Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, or payment platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
