Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator (Indian Nationals) - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are a leading logistics company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeking entry-level logistics coordinators to join our team. As an Indian national fluent in English, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to understand their logistics needs and requirements

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods

Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices

Monitor shipments and provide updates to clients on their status

Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the shipping process

Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding the transportation of goods

Requirements:

Must be an Indian national with fluency in English (Arabic skills are a plus)

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome)

Familiarity with logistics software and systems is preferred but not required

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Valid biometric passport for international travel
