Customs Clearance Specialist

We’re looking for a dedicated professional to serve as the primary liaison with clients, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and government entities to facilitate smooth, compliant movement of goods across borders.

• Manage 24/7 customs clearance operations and provide regular shipment updates.
• Prepare and review customs documents and approvals.
• Promptly resolve clearance issues, holds, and delays.
• Ensure compliance with national and international customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and approvals.
• Liaise with government offices and ministries to support logistics operations.
• Monitor and communicate regulatory updates and changes.
• Handle renewal applications for temporary import/export shipments.
• Support the team with ad‑hoc requests and written approvals.

• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in customs software and Microsoft Office.
• Problem‑solving skills.

A degree or certification in Logistics or a related field.

3–4 years’ experience in Customs Clearance within the same industry.
