Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a professional Logistics Specialist to join our team and support the development of efficient logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth movement of goods locally and internationally, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Manage and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement to ensure stock availability.

Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.

Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare regular reports.

Develop relationships with logistics providers and negotiate contracts when needed.

Managing high-volume customer orders on e-commerce platforms.

Coordinating same-day delivery and last-mile logistics operations.

Tracking and monitoring order fulfillment from purchase to delivery.

Optimizing delivery routes and schedules for efficiency and cost reduction.

Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Procurement, Sales) to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping procedures, and international trade compliance.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
