Operations Coordinator

We're seeking an Operations Coordinator based in Riyadh to support and grow our ground operations. This role is a hybrid of field logistics support and client account management, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can build strong relationships, and enjoys solving operational challenges on the ground.

You’ll support pickups, and delivery execution, while also ensuring documents and client orders are properly validated, archived, and processed. At the same time, you’ll be a key point of contact for important clients in the region, handling orders, feedback, and escalations.

• Coordinate and support pickups, drop-offs, and daily delivery execution.
• Monitor shipments and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Handle issues and escalations in real time to maintain delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Collect and verify proof of pickup/delivery (PODs & waybills).
• Align client orders received via the portal with the operations team for fulfillment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
• Manage client expectations, handling complaints, and ensuring consistent service quality.
• Gather feedback and prioritize action points with the operations team.
• Recommend improvements based on client feedback and field observations.

• Currently residing in Riyadh with knowledge of the city’s layout and logistics environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or transport services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic, and English required.
• Tech-savvy and confident using mobile applications.
• Highly reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
