Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company’s vehicle fleet operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal vehicle utilization, timely maintenance, compliance with government regulations, and smooth renewal of all fleet-related contracts. Prior hands‑on experience in fleet management within KSA is essential.

• Manage and monitor the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring availability, efficiency, and cost control
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
  , servicing, and repairs with approved workshops
• Track vehicle schedules for regular servicing, inspections, and breakdown management
• Handle all government‑related processes
  , including:
• Vehicle registration (Istimara)
• Insurance renewals
• Fahas inspections
• Traffic fines follow‑ups
• Any other regulatory compliance requirements
• Ensure timely renewal of fleet contracts
  , including:
• Leasing agreements
• Maintenance contracts
• Insurance policies
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, including service history, insurance, licenses, and contracts
• Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle assignments, condition reports, and compliance
• Monitor fleet expenses and support cost‑optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety standards, and Saudi traffic regulations
• Prepare periodic fleet reports for management (maintenance status, renewals, costs, utilization)

• Proven experience as a Fleet Coordinator or Fleet Administrator in KSA
• Strong knowledge of Saudi traffic regulations and government procedures related to vehicles
• Experience dealing with vehicle maintenance workshops, insurance providers, and leasing companies
• Good organizational and record‑keeping skills
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and priorities efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Experience in logistics, delivery, transportation, or last‑mile operations
• Knowledge of fleet management systems or ERP platforms
• Valid Saudi driving license
• Arabic & English language skills - Fluent
