Retail Store Environment & Customer Service Associate

Michaels Roanoke is hiring a part-time Retail Customer Environment Team Member to help deliver our Brand Promises. You’ll keep the store clean, assist customers, and support checkout with rewards enrollments. You’ll also participate in omnichannel processes and stocking activities to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires standing for long periods, light lifting, and flexibility with hours, including nights and weekends. Prior retail/cleaning experience is preferred.
