Overview
Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known local authority based in Manchester. They are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.
Role Details- Role:
Civil Litigation Lawyer - Location:
Manchester / Hybrid Working – Mostly remote - Rate: £50-£65 an hour (Umbrella)
- PAYE (Inc. Hol): £44.50 - £57.68 DOE
- Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
- Work under pressure in the face of competing demands arising from emergency and urgent situations.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties.
- Provide support to other team members or departments where needed.
- Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.
- 5 years of post-qualified experience handling litigated civil claims as a Solicitor/Barrister or Legal Executive.
- Ability to manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial.
- Strong technical lawyer with good written and oral communication skills.
- Flexible Hours
- Hybrid Working – Mostly remote
- Weekly Pay
- Referral bonus of £250 for successful referrals.
